This work established a strong foundation for his in-depth expertise, enabling him to increasingly advise companies with a business management focus. He specializes in providing guidance to companies in the context of transactions, leading regulatory, commercial, and technical due diligence projects. He has a strong track record in M&A processes, where he supports companies in identifying and assessing opportunities and risks. Lukas has been responsible for expanding the Industry division over the last few years. The emphasis is on projects that develop decarbonization strategies for companies, taking into account the growing uncertainties and market volatility. In the area of procurement strategies, Lukas assists companies in developing forward-thinking and sustainable concepts to maintain competitiveness over the long term. This encompasses the creation of green electricity strategies and sustainable commodities, which are crucial in the industrial sector. He places a particular emphasis on hydrogen as a pivotal element in the transformation of the industry.
